I got a secondhand monitor instead of a new one! The packaging was absent, there was no manual, and the box was just taped up with parcel tape. To get my money back, I had to trek to a DPD drop-off point to send it back. Stay away from this seller!

I ended up purchasing straight from LG. It was less expensive, arrived fast, and was sealed from the factory like it should be.

"My Amd Ryzen 5 3600 Order Experience"
I got myself an Amd Ryzen 5 3600, and believe it or not, it showed up the very next day instead of the two days I was told to expect. I'm super pleased with how fast it arrived, and the CPU is running like a dream. I've dealt with so many headaches waiting weeks for a CPU before, but this company really nailed it. I was able to jump right into gaming on my PC without any delays.

"Ordered a graphic card in March and..."
I placed an order for a graphic card back in March, but it turns out they were out of stock. Usually, I don’t leave negative feedback for items that aren’t available since I get that these things can occur, but here we are in May and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve reached out several times and even had to go through Paypal. It’s pretty unbelievable that a business can function like this.

"Save your time and money."
I bought a graphics card from this seller, jumped on the stock alert I had set up and made the purchase. After a couple of days with no word from them, I found out they didn’t actually have it in stock and that a refund would be issued. The company is hard to reach, pretty small, and doesn’t engage on social media, which seems to be a recurring issue for other customers too. Better to shop elsewhere.
